This Windows package is designed to run on a computer running a Windows 98, or higher, operating system, as much RAM as possible. The Dos package will NOT run on Windows XP or higher. The package will not run on Linux, without Windows emulation. Our initial footprint is less than 40 Mb. YES, indeed !! We recommend using USB memory sticks for backup, and more than one, at that !! |
We have written a lot of network troubleshooting into the programme but the most common fault here is dropped connection to the data server. You will need to know how to re-connect to the server in this case. We have screens to help you. However, we do not supply, nor service, hardware, and if something is physically broken, we cannot fix it. You should call your hardware supplier. |
